Tyrone & Kirks Golf Day

Alan Halsall, (Corrie's Tyronne), teamed up with fellow Coronation Street actor Andy Whyment, (Kirk) to create an annual charity golf day a number of years ago. This year Tyronne and Kirk's Golf Day at the Worsley Park Marriott on 31st August 2012 will be all for Joining Jack.



Joining Jack Ambassador Lucy Jo Hudson, best known for her role as Katy Harris in Coronation Street and Rosie Trevanion in Wild at Heart and now Twitter Champion for Joining Jack has announced that she can't wait to enjoy the first Joining Jack Flagship Event. Although she hasn't promised to hit a golf ball!

Alan, Andy and their celebrity guests would like to share their fun filled day of golf with many teams as possible, whether you can hit a ball like a professional golfer or simply want to take part in the fun; Alan and Andy want to hear from you.

To finish off the day there will be an evening of entertainment with a lovely 3 course meal. This is for those who have worn themselves out with the golf but still have the appetite to extend the fun and talk through the fortunes of the day, hole by hole. It's also a great chance for those non-golfers out there to get all dressed up and rub shoulders with some friendly celebrities. It's about having fun and raising money for this year's cause; Joining Jack. The evening's compare will be Archie Kelly (Phoenix Nights) who will host the prize giving ceremony
